Repurposing

It started with working in co-operation with the local communities to repurpose their plastic waste during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Clean donations were received by neighbours and local business who saved their soft plastic until they ran out of cupboard space. The plastic was then given to K,There Co. who sorted and separated usable and non-usable items. Most of the non-usable items received were due to being the wrong types of plastic or items that were contaminated by dirt, food and other questionable liquids.

It is crucial that K, There Co. receives 100% reusable material as we absorb any additional recycling fees. The items we request come in forms of Plastic Bags, Produce Nets and even clean Shampoo Bottles. We ask our contributors to look for labels that include these symbols ♶ and ♴
